Centre Technique du Papier (CTP)

CTP is the French industrial research centre established in 1957 for the pulp and paper industry. CTP employs 142 people and has an annual turnover of EUR 11.3 million. CTP activities extend from basic research to practical applications in different areas from raw materials to the final products, including pulping and fibre treatment processes, paper surface treatments, printing, recycling and deinking, energy and sustainability, simulation and sensor development. Research is performed in 10 Scientific and Technical Units (UST) with dedicated expertise and laboratory and pilot plant facilities (including a complete deinking line).
